If you're not prepared, air travel can be tough. But there's no need to hit the panic button just yet. Follow these tips and tricks for a hassle-free start to your time in Suncheon. What to pack in your hand luggage:
- A plane ride can be a comfortable experience if you carry the right things. First things first, you'll need toiletry items, such as toothpaste, a toothbrush and some deodorant, a spare set of clothes and a good novel. Next, leave space in your bag for your electronic gadgets, chargers, any daily medications and perhaps a comfy neck pillow as well. Lastly, and most importantly, remember to take your passport, travel documents and some cash.
Do not pack the following items in your hand luggage:
- Put all your full-sized bottles of shampoo and hairspray in your checked luggage. Any liquids in your carry-on suitcase larger than 3null4 ounces (100 milliliters) won't be allowed on. Sharp or pointed objects, like your precious pocket knife, and dangerous products which are explosive or flammable, such as aerosols and gasoline, are also not allowed.
What to wear on a flight:
- Comfort really should be your prime concern when deciding what to wear on your flight. Consider your footwear with care too, as swelling of the feet and ankles are a common occurrence. Shoes which are flat and slightly roomy work well.
- It's likely you've heard about deep vein thrombosis (DVT), a blood clotting condition caused by long periods of sitting. There are plenty of ways to lessen your risk. Wear a pair of compression socks, drink lots of water and keep your legs and feet moving. Do a lap or two of the cabin or perform some stretches in your seat.
