"Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."

"Great experience during a visit in Quito, place is clean and spacious and have all the basic amenities you'll need, great view of the city from the balcony, and all rooms, check in was available even arriving at 3 am, secure and plenty of food locations and transportation very easy to get, just a short drive or bus ride to quito centro. "So much wood and a very ample space. Clean and the staff aiming to please. I'd rather stay here than in an expensive hotel - much more room, kitchen, living room, multiple bedrooms with balcony. It is at the edge of the Historic city so choose your route home wisely after 8pm. The place looks like the pictures posted. So charming. Loved our stay."

"Location was perfect and felt very safe. That's were the convenience ends. We are a family of 4 and only booked this place as it has a pool, jacuzzi and sleeps 4 comfortably due to having 3 beds albeit one was a sofa bed. Told to send a msg. the day before for check in details, never responded. Called the number provided, no answer. Finally via WhatsApp we got a response, after some time. We booked for 4 nights. No washing machine. No extra blankets. Had to contact the person via WhatsApp...

"The property was nice. Very clean and modern. The area was great. However, communication with the host/property manager wasn’t great. I reached out several times before the arrival date to no response. No replies on day of arrival until 30 after check in when I finally got a reply and instructions. The shower with the covering on only one panel means a very wet bathroom floor, even with a floor towel."
