"Hotel is in desperate need of a refurb. Staff not always available as you’re around. Shower holder needed tightening. Temperature controller fell off in my partner’s hand. Mould on the toilet blinds. Bathroom window had no privacy effect on it. Whole place run down. £6 per person for breakfast, however ..."
