Clean rooms, clean and new lenin. Sometimes felt like there was no air in room and floor lobbies, air ventilation could have been much better, elevator music was sometimes very annoying and loud, wife did like the smell of air spray used, staff was good mostly except 1-2 people who were little rude, not looking in the eyes while talking and saying no to most requests. Breakfast had no rice option, dosa was average, in room dining was good. Pool was good but we felt sick after using pool, not sure I can blame pool or recent travel for that. Area around is very congested due to metro being built, takes time to commute in peak hours, property not at fault though for this.

Very very average stay !!

Hotel may be renowed but i didnt have a great experience. 1. They checked me in early - so thats a pro..very accomodative 2. Room was good and clean. However sheets werent clean . I requested a change later . 3. House keeping qas done daily but late or qas not to the mark. 4 Housekeeping has tamperer with my suitcase lock and it was evident as my suitcase was jammed . I had complained to reception but except a sorry i didnt receive anyither feedback. 5. Restaurant was very slow in service, required to be informed about cleanliness all the time . Tables were unclean and table tops were dirty .To me the staff and manager there require training on how to handle people After paying this much , this hotel is not worth it .
