"Overall pretty great, but definitely a few negatives. Cleanliness was not 100%, by a long shot. Room was incredibly hot, oh so unbearably hot. We opened the sliding door as it was cool outside, but then flooded our room with bugs (100's of them). Room was close to the "lake", aka still water pond. Hence all of the bugs. If you are going to book this hotel, definitely book away from the pond or do not come in the hotter summer months. Staff were awesome, exceptionally amazing."
"Sadly this property needs huge investment. The whole place is really tired. There was no on there to welcome us and they hadn’t sent us the door code so I had to phone twice before someone would pick up and then had to wait for the owner to arrive to let us in, not ideal after a long journey. We had a garden room - which had thread bare carpets with stains on, the most uncomfortable bed imaginable and it just felt dirty.
