Nice hotel overall, stunning outlook on the lake but the hotel is very dated and needs a refurb to make it a true 5* hotel and experience. Staff were lovely, very efficient and courteous. Couldn’t do enough for us. The walk across the road for breakfast was beautifully bracing and the view unsurpassed. So easy to wander leisurely into Montreux Christmas Market.
