"By the time you check in and get dinner and stuff the pool closes before you get time to go to it. Same with the next morning if you are only there a night and you have kids don't plan on swimming you have to check out before it opens. I had a pull our couch and no linens in the room For it. Front desk said you will have to come to tge front desk to get stuff, I went and they didn't even have a pillow for on th. e bed. Tgey also had 2 wash cloths and 4 towels for 5 people in my room (it skeeps 6). You would think you would have everything to utilize all beds and enough towels and wash cloths for 6 that it sleeps."

"When we first entered our room the smell of cigarettes was absolutely terrible, as well as while I was trying to unpack my luggage I stepped on a live cockroach crawling around the carpet in the room, disgusting! Then when I went downstairs to change rooms when we got to our second room the door was already cracked open and it looked like someone had previously busted down the door and they “fixed” it with a piece of wood and the door had a gap in it when you closed it! At least the ac was working okay in the second room because the first room only blew out hot air. Absolutely would not stay here again. "

"I had a pleasant stay at Comfort Suites Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only issue was that I was charged an additional service tax at check-in/check-out, which I was not expecting since my reservation had already been prepaid. This charge was not clearly mentioned during the booking process. Better transparency regarding any additional fees would improve the guest experience. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would consider staying here again."
