My room was spotless and very comfortable. The desk clerk was outstanding and friendly despite being very busy. Out of all the places I’ve stayed in Norfolk this one has been the best experience. If I find myself in Norfolk again I will be back.

This hotel exceeded expectations. Bed comfort was amazing, HVAC was comfortable, glass door shower was splendid. Everything was well maintained. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food options and was plentiful. Lobby coffee and tea 24 hours was welcome. The walking trail around the lake was perfect for walking our dog, and our 4th floor room had a great view of lake. I would like to give a shout out to Aerie, our waitress at breakfast one morning who provided excellent shopping suggestions and restaurants suggestions.

We had a quick overnight trip. Room was big, very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The location is great, did a little shopping at the outlets. Staff was very friendly. If I was in the area again I would definitely stay here.

The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. The staff were very polite with great customer service. We booked through Expedia and were very happy with our booking. Breakfast was very good, and the weight room was very nice. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was clean. My husband and I enjoyed going for a walk around the nearby lake!
