"First off, customer service was on point!!! Front desk and doorman personnel was amazing! Second, my room was comfortable, elegant and charming in its historic setting. They are near GW university and cute brunch places. My only concern was the channels could be a little bit sharper in quality but the channels had excellent variety. Please keep this hotel in mind as a good, quiet place to stay. :)"

"We stayed here for pride. During our stay, the staff was very friendly and respectful. We were dressed as clowns for pride, so them being respectful was much appreciated. The room was spacious and very clean. Honestly the best hotel i been to in a while. It was budget friendly with space"

"This was a wonderful place to stay - close to Union Station and the Capitol, and a great bargain for both the location and the hotel itself. Every employee we interacted with was polite and friendly, and the room was clean and well maintained. The 24-hour coffee and tea station on the second floor was great, and the two bottles of water left in our room each day was helpful in the July heat. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in DC! "

"We loved everything about Hotel Heron. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were large, including the bathroom. We especially loved the Speakeasy and the rooftop bar and view! One of my coworkers recommended we stay here and she was spot on. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. My friend called the desk to ask where the ice machine was located and was told they would bring us some ice and they did. "
