After a very long flight it was convenient to walk to The staff on reception were just ok, not really that friendly in my opinion Over £200 per night you'd expect bottle water to be the norm in all hotel rooms, but not here Very disappointed 😞

Room was very comfortable and the hotel is well located near to Terminal 4 gates. There was also very easy access into central London. It’s very valuable for the price, and will now be my first choice flying out of Terminal 4. I also appreciate the staff, who were accommodating for early check-in. ...

Hotel is difficult to find from Heathrow terminal 5 as the signage is sparse and confusing. Worth the effort to find, however.
