"Lightfoot house is a lovely compact 1 bedroom property. Very well decorated and very clean. Thank you for supplying all of the essentials needed for our trip. The location was very good, a 20 minute stroll along the canal gets you into the city centre. The suburb of Hoole is a short walk away also, with a good selection of pubs and restaurants. Parking is a great bonus with the car park behind the property. All in all, a very enjoyable short stay. We would definitely use again when we return to...

"This is effectively a bedsit room in a house of similar rooms. The room itself was clean with sheets towels and tea and coffee sachets provided. The shared bathroom and toilets were reasonable and uncluttered. The carpets need a deep clean or replacement. Similarly replacement required if the old fridge which had rust on the freezer door and was frozen shut . The kitchen itself was adequate. Best thing was the reasonable cost and location in town plus good communication."

"This is a total scam. To start with, this is not a hotel as advertised. This is a multiple occupancy house. The condition of the propert is deplorable. The smell of the room is unbearable, as if an animal has died and rotted in it. Upon arrival, I found the sink cracked and leaking on the bathroom floor flooding it. The so called emergency number was only operated till 5 pm only. I sent a message on their WhatsApp group as advised but the answer came the following day. I was so much disguated...

"The Dairy is a very well presented accommodation, has everything needed, Very clean and nice and quiet setting Is in easy striking range for local attractions, eating & shopping. We enjoyed our stay and I am sure we will re visit again. Also we were given lots of helpful information About the surrounding area prior to arriving So was able to have our plans on trips while staying. Thank you."

"No hot water, no heating in accommodation. Was like 3 weeks before I made booking ( evidence from tenant who had been there for months). Why advertise a property with no hot water or heating in peak winter??!! The description of facilities shared was small print on hotel.com site , so you can imagine my frustration on arrival Accommodations caretaker not responding or returning calls for support. Avoid the accommodation and all others owned by this firm … total fraud. I expect compensation "
