"Great budget hotel close to tube, useful kitchenette: accessible for 02 with lots of restaurants. Clean and quiet: my only gripe is the over complicated iPad type control pad which was impossible to understand or operate- unnecessary!"

My daughter was given a lanyard with tokens attached She could trade her tokens with other members of staff which had different tokens. This helped build trust in the hotel and park staff. A very good idea. My daughter ended up with 3 lanyards full.
