"Habitación super limpia y espaciosa. Muy bien equipada, nosotros somos exigentes y no hemos encontrado ningún problema o cosa negativa para destacar. La cocina da el servicio necesario para cenar comida y desayunos. Sobra cuando lo que buscas es no cocinar y tomar algo rápido y calentarlo. Por dar una propuesta de mejora, nuestra al habitación tenía una bañera en lugar de una ducha, la bañera es algo alta entiendo que personas con problemas de movilidad le puede costar entrar y sobre todo salir...

"Le staff était très courtois et professionnel. L’endroit est très bien situé au cœur du vieux Annecy et la rapport qualité-prix est satisfaisant. Le seul problème est qu’il y a très peu de stationnement et nous ne savions pas qu’il fallait réserver en avance. Les stationnements publiques sont petits et dispendieux, très difficile d’y stationner un véhicule intermédiaire."

"Overall the rooms are quite as shown in the pictures, ok kitchen, bathroom & closet bed. The unsafeness of area, issues with door code and having to sleep with earbuds lowers my grade. Easy to walk to city center and ok public transport as well coming near the location. It was positive to have an ac machine that cools the room, but since it was not integrated, made lot of noise and was put to window so you can't close it, it made sleeping without earplugs impossible due to constant noise coming...

"Because there is really only someone on-site for a few hours a day, it can be a nightmare checking in if they haven't gotten around to setting up your reservation. They depend on a lockbox and giving you an envelope with your key card. They say that you can call a phone number for help but actually that number is only available after about 8 PM or so, which makes it quite difficult to get any help if no one is there.
