The hotel looks clean but amenities are totally lacking such as proper running hot water. Airconditioner heater was not working and after complaining the staff provided a separate heater. Breakfast is very basic.

Very clean, friendly personnel. Fast, flexible and unobtrusive service.
Improvement: golden tulip (all, not limited to the hotel in Khajuraho) home page doesn't work with some browsers, e-mail contact to hotel would be helpful.

Pros :
5 minutes walk from the Western Set of Temples, which is also the main tourist hub, yet away from the hustle-bustle associated with tourist centres.
Cons :
What I didn't like was a lack of recreation room & the poor exhaust systems of the bathrooms.

Golden Tulip of Khajuraho
The Reception staff was very courteous and took us to the room within two minutes.
The room was absolutely perfect.
Room Service food was quick and superb.
Breakfast was excellent.
Overall the stay was excellent.

Good value, clean and very comfortable !
A very comfortable hotel offering us excellent value for money. We ate in the restaurant and had he buffet with a good choice of food. Breakfast was good too.
Room was comfortable and everywhere was kept very clean. Only a short walk from the temples the hotel was well located.
