New modern hotel in Chiangmai
The hotel was recently opened in Chiangmai. It's a small boutique hotel with contemporary design. Room was clean and pretty good size with nice and neat layout. However, the hotel's location is not that convenient as it's not easy to find it. However, we find the room rate very reasonable. Staffs were friendly and helpful. However, breakfast had very few choices.

Pleasant stay
The premise is new and clean however the location is abit remote from the city centre and you have to take grab/uber to travel around.
The staffs are helpful when you approach them, however it will be much better if they can be more proactive in assisting as there are not many hotel guests.

Newly Renovated. Far From City Centre
Hotel is newly renovated.
Room is new and spacious.
Swimming pool and a very small gym.
Hotel staffs freindly and helpful.
Location far from city centre, take about 15mins by taxi.
Location 5 mins away by car to CentralFestival Chiangmai Shopping Centre.

Not as describe and worth the money
We arrived and quickly found this hotel wasn't described correctly. We requested to cancel and rebooked a new hotel on the spot. The staff said no problem and I even paid them for the "free" hotel transfer as a good gesture since I didn't stay. Days later I learned they billed me for one night stay + fees. I don't see the where a hotel can get away with this practice. They can list the property in the most attractive manner and after arriving learning it's miss represented and they get rewarded by charging a night + fees. Where is there a governing body that holds these hotels to a standard. We make are vacation decisions off these listings.

ホテル自体は良いのですが・・・。
オープンから間もなく、設備は新しく綺麗で部屋も快適でした。
ただホテルのせいではありませんが、場所のせいか団体観光客が多く、部屋の外では大きな話し声が鳴り響いていました。
