Great location in the Old City, about 10 minutes from the airport and close to several temples, restaurants, and massage places. The bed was comfortable, but the hotel has no elevator and the shower-over-bathtub setup had irregular water pressure. There’s no breakfast on-site, but there are plenty of good options nearby.

Nice little boutique hotel

Had a fantastic stay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Gave me great recommendations as to where to go in old city chiang Mai. Food options were endless in the area. But ask the front desk to help you narrow down your choices. There’s plenty of spas in the immediate area that offer fantastic services and great prices. Also take a 3min walk and there’s some great little shops for shopping. An antique store with 3 levels and a few clothing stores with great prices.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was exceptional and very kind. The rooms and hotel were very clean. Air conditioning could use a la upgrade as it was a bit warm even when on full blast. Staff provided a fan which helped. Thanks for a great night in Chiang Mai!

Very cool room and decor. Staff at front desk were very nice. A nice stay and close to everything. Since I haven’t seen anyone mention this, just for others who enjoy a hotel pool, the pool is not at the hotel, it is around the corner and accessible to the public and a hostel.

Really great!

We had a lovely stay. It was a very beautiful building and the staff were very nice and helpful. I found the bathroom nice and clean but the bathtub was difficult to shower in and the bathroom door was a bit see through. The pool is also out of the way. Overall a really great stay!

Our concierge/hostess Sand was such a delight. She was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and had such positive energy. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Very centrally located. The property is spotless, comfortable, and an excellent coffee shop next door (Gravity). I will definitely book this place on my next trip!

Charming and peaceful

Namton Boutique is a lovely and peaceful hotel. The staff are friendly and gracious. The rooms are in a beautiful Lanna style and very comfortable. The location is fantastic for exploring yet is a bit quieter than other parts of the old city. Highly recommend.

A great hotel with friendly staff

This is an incredible hotel that I will highly recommend. The rooms are magical that will transport you to a different time in history. The hotel is centrically located in the old city limits just a step away from restaurants and temples. A couple of things you need to know, there is no elevator in this hotel so if you have mobility issues this could be a problem. Also the pool is not located in the property but around the corner, but honestly who in the right mind will go to the pool when you are in Chiang Mai and have tons of things to see and admire.

Really cool hotel with interesting decor and overall aesthetic. I can’t say enough nice things about the front desk staff - they were extremely kind and helpful and welcoming to my husband and I during our stay. They really made our time at Namton memorable :). My only complaint is that the air conditioner didn’t work in our first room, but the staff was able to quickly move us to another room where it was working.

Great hotel!!

Great hotel with a great location. The interior of the hotel is amazing with so much wood detail and character. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Sand checked us in and gave us a map that the staff created with suggestions of restaurants and a massage. Tried the suggestions and they didn’t disappoint. The coffee shop next door was our go to place every morning. Location in the old city is perfect. Rooms are large and spacious with big bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable! Our bathroom was a bit dark and the AC was wasn’t as cold as we would’ve liked but no complaints from us. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.
