Room decor was slightly dated but big and spacious. The hotel offers free washing machines and dryer for hotel guests which is super helpful. It is also walkable to a large night market in Chiayi. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff and would definitely stay again.

Staffs (including housekeepers) are friendly and check in is quick and easy. We were given complimentary vouchers with generous snacks and refill of red wine, cocktail and beer plus a violinist to entertain us at the lounge room. The room is clean, spacious (for a family of 4 adults) and the amenities in this hotel is superb especially free laundry facilities plus hot, warm or cold water dispenser available close to our hotel room. The location of hotel is central and within walking distance to night market. However, the beds are too firm. My children felt like they are sleeping on the floor. Overall, this hotel is indeed great!
