"This is the first time we stayed at a Sofitel property and it did not disappoint! The staff were wonderful, the hotel decor was gorgeous and the service was phenomenal! If you stay at this property, you MUST try the croissants! We had to get some to take home with us! They are flown in from France and we could sure taste the difference. "Rooms are clean and very spacious. Area is very central and convenient to most tourist locations. Quite noisy and congested outside and had a very difficult time eating. All large and small dining options had very long lines. Had to wait 40 mins. for coffee at the Starbucks around the corner and that was our only option to eat. Other establishments had over an hours wait just to get a sandwich. Would stay in a less congested area the next time I visit. I also found the staff less than friendly....
