"My room had some issues. It smelled like paint. The room door wouldnt lock. The bathroom and room door needed to be pushed really hard to latch close. The drain for the sink was stuck closed so i had to brush my teeth and wash my hands in the shower which made a huge mess. There were food crumbs and hair everywhere so it definitely wasnt cleaned well. We left early for those reason. "

"This is an excellent place to stay while in the Amherst/Hadley area. Convenient location, a friendly and welcoming team of staff, a complimentary breakfast (with some healthy options available) served every morning, a swimming pool, and plenty of space, both in the guest rooms as well as in the common areas of the lobby. I would definitely stay here again, and will recommend it to others."

"It felt very unsafe. Someone was banging on my door and I asked the front desk for help and they were of no help at all. They even said they were "checking the cameras" and no one was there which leads me to believe they either lied or the cameras do not work. They told me to come to the front desk even though I said I felt unsafe even going to the door. Very unprofessional, rude, and disappointing. "
