"Room was clean and modern. Very pleased with my stay."

"There was no sign for the hotel, no sign on the street or on the building. Needs to be renovated, bathroom floor was not "attached", no grout. The bed and room were fine. Carpets are stained. I didn't see the "continental breakfast". I just left. I think there were also homeless sleeping behind the building. The staff was friendly and nice."

My only complaint is that the pillows were too small and too soft. All in all very pleased with everything. "I’m still suffering from bedbugs. I had to buy my own blankets to survive there. Unfortunately, the conditions were unacceptable. We encountered cockroaches and flies throughout the unit, and there was constant noise that prevented us from sleeping during our entire stay. This experience does not meet Expida ‘s standards for cleanliness and guest comfort. Due to these conditions, our stay was significantly impacted."

"This is a historic hotel in a great location, however it is worn out and in need of a major upgrade. Interior units also need a total refit. The floors are not even close to level. Used the Elevator and noticed it has not been inspected and certified in a year. Would not stay there again until they update it."
