"Clean, modern and well-maintained hotel, with a fantastic view over the teatro Romano and a panorama of the hills from our lovely room. Staff are excellent, helpful and polite always. It has a great restaurant for all meals, breakfast cold buffet selection is very high quality. Pastries are exceptional, bread options could be better."

"Good location in Spoleto with adequate parking. Room was quickly made up— items like soap missing and floor was not dusted. Few outlets and desk staff sometimes just not there but when present, they were helpful. It’s more of a business meeting place."

This is our second visit and we did feel the food was not as good as last time we were here. "This is a lovely hotel (former palace) perched on the top of the hill as you enter the charming town of Trevi. The hotel is clean, very well organised and has all amenities that you need. The room itself was a good size with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and with a very good variety. The owner was a lovely lady who spoke very good English. From here it is a great base to visit the surrounding towns such as Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto etc. We would definitely stay here again....
