Gianni waited over an hour for us to accommodate our early check-in. Snacks and coffee were stored in the kitchen for our use and the room was quiet— two floors above ground floor. "Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. Initially difficult to find, driving in was a very tight squeeze with a mid-sized SUV, but once we were in, we found the office and gate no problem, and the staff were very helpful. "Boutique hotel located directly on Via Maqueda, one of Palermo’s main pedestrian streets, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The property is small, charming, and well situated for sightseeing. While there is no street parking available, the hotel offers access to a parking garage next door for approximately €25 per night. If you are driving within the city center, be aware that a daily traffic permit may also be required. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with an excellent location."

"This is a great place to stay. It is very central and close to walk to many of the historic sites, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were great, always helpful with suggestions and help when needed. Right outside the door there’s a great pizza place, and lots of other really nice places near by.
