"Clean room, great breakfast, good location"

"Access to the property is a little bit unusual in that you need to check in at a hotel first and then move over to the actual apartment, but instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Apartment is exactly as described, very clean and quiet, and in an area of Venice very easily walkable to the major tourist areas while still being very calm and quiet. Exactly what we needed!"

Location is great in nice quite spot away from crowds but located close enough to major spots like St Marks (2) min walk and Rialto bridge maybe 10 minutes. The staff is absolutely amazing so kind and friendly from front desk to bar tenders to bell man and breakfast service they are truly wonderful. "

"Idéalement situé, que ce soit à pieds ou en vaporetto ( depuis Rialto ) , vous pouvez vraiment organiser de belles journées de visite. Le personnel a été agréable, accessible et pleins de bons conseils. La chambre etait petite mais très agréable,nous avons profité d’une terrasse grâce à une météo incroyable pour un mois de novembre. Juste savoir qu il vaut mieux venir avec vos anti moustiques , on s est fait attaquer la dernière nuit ! Au petit déjeuner, la verrière vous baigne de lumière, le...

"Great location a short walk from St Marks square, close to great restaurants, shopping, gondolas, private water taxi pickup area, Rialto, etc. Has a great terrace to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening vino, listening to the church bells. Clean, comfortable and nice amenities. Easy check in/check out. The only downside (and we knew this when we booked it) was climbing those 72 stairs to get to the room. "
