"Quiet, comfortable, safe & spacious location within walking distance to everything! Private sleeping quarters & bathrooms. Very clean. Shared kitchen & living space with one other guest. Not a traditional hotel setting. Located in a building with other uses. Staff was extremely helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend & stay again on our next visit."

"We had a very lovely 3-night stay at Augustana House April 18-21. The receptionist was fantastic and showed us two rooms to choose from, one having a balcony that overlooked the river. Although the street adjacent to the river is noisy with traffic you could not hear it when the balcony door was closed. The balcony was a nice feature for the room. "This is definitely not your typical hotel…we had a hard time getting in the building bc it’s not a hotel it’s actually like an apartment complex. The room was inside of an actually suite. We had a hard time communicating with someone bc remember this is not a hotel so no personal assistant. The room was okay and clean, central area but I will not consider this for another stay."
