"We arrived quite early, not expecting that we could check in to the room. The checkin was efficient and we were given the room key within 10 minutes. "The hotel structure is modern and nicely looking. Everything that's beyond it it's a non-funny joke. As we arrived they missed our expedia reservation because, supposedly, it had been book too long ago (on Expedia looked pretty confirmed though). It took close to an hour to get our room as they were asking for more and more reservation details (on top of reservation number, date, payment method any many more) to go through. Missing remit for ac, king size bed was put together with two single beds and covered by a mattress, light fixtures missing plugs. Wi-Fi is not working, found bugs in the room.
