"Upon arriving at the property, I called the host asking for details on how to access the property. He claimed to have not been able to contact me as Expedia/Hotels.com didn't provide contact details - odd how every other hotel sends me multiple messages. "Great property, location and communication "

"Quiet, clean and comfortable "

"No checking in service at all. No prior instructions were given. We were helped into our apartment by the lady who owns the jewellers downstairs. We were woken at 6.45am on a Sunday to the sound of scaffolders and a traffic management company setting up to commence install scaffolding at 7am on the building we are in with no prior communication from the host this would be happening otherwise I wouldn't have booked there. "The host forgot to send me access code before check in, I had waited for 30 min. except that, everything is good."

"An outstanding property, I couldn’t fault this place. Very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The host was very professional at check in. Very secure for parking. I will definitely stay here again if visiting the area. Shops only 5 minutes walk. A true home from home feel from start to finish"

"Good facilities and very friendly host but not as clean as it could be inside with dirty soap tray in shower and cobwebs and bugs in bathroom. Front door area was a bit cluttered and common entrance had some odour from being a utility room. "
