"I thought I would be getting more of a luxury experience but it was not it at all. The room was clean from the naked eye but I noticed the floors were dirty and the room had a smell to it.
The air was NOT working. Maintenance tried to gaslight me into thinking it was the placement of the air but it was literally hot all night.
I could hear someone snoring in the other room.
Front counter staff was not friendly at all. When I came in, a woman was on the phone for at least 5 minutes. No acknowledgement of my existence, no “one moment” or even a finger to show she will be with me.
She did apologize so I’ll give her that. Also had to pay a $75 pet fee for having my little dog in the room for one night, I guess that’s not her fault just thought that was a bit much when my dog was not even there with me my entire stay. Literally, just there to sleep and she was out early that morning.
As far as the atmosphere, I felt very uncomfortable. Like I said, you smile and wave at the staff and they look at you like you’re crazy. It was very weird.
My experience there was not a great one. Maybe my standards are too high but either way. I will never room at this specific location in Concord again. 0/10 experience."
