No explanation was given, no solution, the hotel did not offer to accommodate me until they find the paperwork. The hotel never offered any explanation, it is impossible to contact them, nobody answers the phone, the worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid!!!!"

"Was a great experience. Very friendly staff. Matthew, Festus, and manager were very professional all through. The manager and Matthew responded very quickly to a booking error on their part. Food was great room service excellent. Will surely recommend Erith and I will be back soon."

"The hotel does not have any agreement with Expedia. Thus they declined and money was still deducted despite this. Avoid booking it . Someone out there disguising as representative of the hotel. Expedia should investigate. I was made to pay cash again because they claim not to have agreements with Expedia in any form"
