"It was the best impressed of mine in Singapore and we were definitely more than happy this hotel. We booked club members (which I would totally recommend, since otherwise you won't have access to the beautiful pool area and the buffet on the same floor including drinks as many as you want), Our room was very great, with nice city views. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was also delicious with lots of options! We totally recommend this hotel!"

"This is a very good hotel for business travellers. The rooms are big and comfortable with internet access (broad band) and with a working area. Although I have stayed in a high floor, the view was not very good, but this is not very important if you are travelling for work. The location of the hotel is very good, although it is necessary to take a cab to get to the city center."

"Great 2 night stay. Just opposite Maxwell MRT and Maxwell Food centre (Hawker Centre). Lots around and easy to get to/fom. Lovely accommodation and helpful staff "

"The room & bathroom in particular were not properly cleaned. We asked the staff for a pair of chopsticks but they said they don’t have them (surprisingly for a 4-star hotel) The only plus point of this hotel was the Bellman ,who was so helpful in handling our luggages ! Anyway,we will never book this hotel again the next time we go to Singapore !!!"

"Manager and staff were most kind and professional. Hostel is very clean, staff present at all hours. Micro, fridge, water dispenser and coffee/tea available all day.Guests responsible to clean up after themselves with outdoor diswash sink. Several bathrooms available, indoor and outdoor seating. Public coin laundry places close by. Lots of places for food local and foreign, and transport right there too. Do note there are some stairs to climb, though not that many."
