"The room was way bigger than we had assumed it would be based on the photos, which was a pleasant surprise! The bed was very comfortable and clean, the bathroom and showers are a really nice size. The management were super friendly and made checking in and out easy. The rooms are so quiet we weren't even sure if we had neighbors next to us during our stay. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit the coast!"

"My wife and I stayed here because of the wheelchair accessability & we were seriously disappointed. My wife is in a wheelchair so we got a wheelchair accessible room and even though the room had a roll in shower she couldn't reach the shower wand, the fridge was in a cabinet that opened opposite of the fridge door so unaccessible. The window & AC was blocked by a chair & ottoman & the window had 2 pull cord blinds, one on each side & with the chair in the way one blind was unaccessible. The sink was outside the bathroom & was too high, they put clothing hooks on the wall that were too high. The biggest disappointment was the pool, on there website they stated & showed pictures that they had lifts for people in wheelchairs to get in & out of the pool & hot tub, and the actual lift seat was missing and all the manager told me was, we just don't have them. The breakfast was ok, but if my wife was traveling alone she wouldn't have been able to reach anything. The 1st night the shower wand hose sprung a leak, I told the front desk immediately, they assured me there maintenance man would fix it in the morning, the next morning I checked in with the the front desk about the repair, they had no idea what I was talking about and they even told me that the maintenance guy wasn't in until the next day. The property manager said he would fix it and he kinda did, he used duct tape, we never tried it. It was a terrible experience, with manager and staff showing very little empathy."
