"Great location, clean, and comfortable. Had ongoing issues getting towels, washcloths, hand towels throughout the stay (had to call down every day for something)… middle of the night call from room service, despite having not ordered. No follow up or apology from staff. Would probably stay again, but would go elsewhere if costs/location were equal. "

"Excellent hotel. Very good location directly outside Gloucester Road tube station and within walking distance of major museums. Cycle hire station also directly outside. Large room and bathroom, good room amenities, only thing I would appreciate would be an actual mini refrigerator instead of a wine cooler that is too warm to store perishables. Despite location close to station, room was very quiet."

"Walkable environment, the property was within walking distance from restaurants, pubs, transportation and West End shows. The breakfast was was okay - I prefer eating outside the hotel. Here were the cons: I did not enjoy the customer service. When I asked for extra pillows, the staff told me that it wasn't there policy as they only have two pillows for each person. The pillows are very flat and provide no support. I also asked for a water bottle for the room and the staff were very rude....

"It was a very nice hotel spacious room with comfortable bed but the pillows weren't very good at all 1 wasnt enough 2 was to many no happy medium. The only thing that let it down was breakfast organised chaos it was like eating in a canteen not really impressed but the food was nice "

"Top Lage, sehr gut an ÖPNV angebunden. Sehr gutes Frühstück, jedoch bei längerem Aufenthalt etwas mehr Abwechslung wünschenswert. Die Dusche und Toilette im oberen Stock des Maisonette-Zimmers trotz Einsatz eines Handwerkers nicht nutzbar. Kein Wasser bzw. Wasserdruck vorhanden. Sehr gemütliche Betten, Zimmer allgemein sehr hellhörig. Aber es war durchweg absolute Ruhe, tägliche Reinigung. Sehr sauber. Würden jederzeit wieder das Hotel wählen. "

"The building is beautiful and staff is very friendly, the room itself was nice and spacious for one of the rooms the superiour I belive and the standard was less so. The toilet in the standard was far too close to the wall and tub and was hard to use due to that. The way to our rooms were also very confusing, we had to walk through at least 4 doors and 3 hallways to get to one room and for the other had to walk through a hallway, through a door, down a half flight of stairs, through another door...

"The rooms are very old. The headboard to my bed was off the wall as I walked into my room for the first time and needed to be fixed. In the meantime they let me change rooms. The 2nd room had a black hair on the pillow, an opened dessert wrapper behind the night stand and the fridge ice maker/freezer was inoperable due to it being frozen over. So I requested another room. My third room was a visible upgrade and was actually clean, who would’ve thought! The front desk was approachable about the...
