"Stay away from this place. Took us 2h to get the keys, no body know nothing, no info. They blocked the room keys because we did not pay the garage fees, which was included in the rental, , because we need place to stay and park the car. Very unfriendly costumer service, so no ,I never expected or experienced welcome like this. BUT THIS IS POLAND, nothing changed. Never again I will rent from company like this. Hotel only with downstairs reception. . We travel to Poland from Canada. AGAIN STAY...

"Es ist eine schöne Wohnung umd sehr ruhig gelegen . Das einzige was nicht so schön war ist die Terrasse dort hätte man vorher mal Rasen mähen müssen der war war ziemlich hoch umd der Wasserhahn im Bad sehr locker das er fast abviel. Aber im grossen und ganzen warwn wir sehr zufrieden und würden es auch weiterempfehlen. "

"Eine wunderbare Unterkunft. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren im Appartement A10 zur Gartenseite hin mit Gartenanteil und nach Süden ausgerichteter Terrasse. Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer sowie voll ausgestattete Küche sind vorhanden. Im Bezug auf die Wohnung sind keinerlei Wünsche offen geblieben. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt, mit Spielplatz und Sportgeräten. Wir können das Appartement bedenkenlos empfehlen! Strand mit Bar/Imbiss und Promenade max 50 bis 100 Meter entfernt. "Even we prefer hotel suite we chose apartment for our stay in Kolobrzeg. Spacious and clean apartment. New building. Very close to sea and city center as well. Positive surprise. Active construction work (new apartment building) around. Accommodation company did not offer us the parking lot inside building area but it was probably caused because we did not arrive in working hours of central reception and we communicated with reception remotely.
