"We stayed in the suite 902. The wifi did not work for most of our stay. The electric outlets are so loose your charger does not stay in the wall you have to prop up the bottom of the charger with a book or glass to keep it from falling out of the socket. The light switches are in odd locations, for example to turn on the bathroom light you have to go to the far side of the room to a group of switches by the bedside and turn on all lights. The coffee offered in the room was nescafe packets. Bottom line, for $100/night this would have been fine, but for $300+/night it was overpriced and not worth it."

"The guard checked me in . Though I had booked for a garden view room , I was given a room without a window . The Ac remote didn’t work and I was awake till 2 PM due to excessive heat . The room looked like a chicken coop , the pillow were tiny and so uncomfortable . My day got ruined because of the discomfort . Looks like a property from Pahadgunj , they are trying to save on everything from toiletries to electricity bill . Not recommended , there are better properties nearby for a cheaper price . Stay away if possible ."

"This hotel had fantastic service, all the staff were excellent and helped us enormously when my husband had a back injury flareup while we were staying with them. They could not have done more to help us and we were so grateful for all of their support. The room was brilliant (we stayed in the heritage suite) and the food at breakfast was also very good. This hotel is excellent value for Kathmandu and we would definitely stay again, the location is also good."

"Thls little resort is a family run business. Shekhar and his family make you feel so welcome. His Wife and Daughter do the cooking and are amazing Cooks and Bakers. " I had hoped to lose some weight on my trip" but with such great meals I didn’t..... WIFI is available and included. Beautiful valley views from the rooms I was in. I was in two, a smaller one which is what I paid for. But after 3 days they upgraded me to a larger room at no cost."
