"The Everest Hotel staff made me feel incredibly welcome and cared for throughout my stay.. Everyone is super helpful and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are great and it was particularly lovely to you have a comfortable bed and a hot shower after trekking. I also loved the gym, pool and restaurant and the food was wonderful. "数日前に予約したのに、それをスタッフが確認しておらず、着いたら1部屋しか用意してもらえなかった。信用出来ないので、次の日に新しい宿を探すことにし、2泊だけ泊まることにした。しかし、次の日も、アパートメントなのに、冷蔵庫もグラスも鍋も皿もゴミ箱もなく、キッチンと空の棚だけがあり、なんの意味もない。挙げ句の果てに、朝食を8時に頼んだが、8時20分になっても来ないので、受付に降りてゆくと、忙しかったけど今からやりますとのこと。来たのは8時40分。その食べたあとの皿は、夕方部屋に帰ってもテーブルの上に置いたまま。勿論、シーツもタオルもそのまま。追加のタオルを頼むと、無いとのこと。スタッフ全員がバイトみたいな若者で、英語も通じにくい、、、。ネパールでこの価格帯で合計200泊ぐらいしてますが、ここまで酷いのは、初めてです。 "

"Totale misleiding! Hotel was niet op de plek waar het zou moeten zijn in Kathmandu. Bij uitstappen uit de bus van Chitwan naar Kathmandu (centrum) bleek in Kathmandu alleen een Office te zijn. Het hotel zou nog 3 uur met de taxi zijn! Doel was juist om in Kathmandu te overnachten om de volgende dag vandaar uit te vliegen. Ter plekke ander hotel moeten regelen en veel irritatie.
