"Honestly this place is incredible. Beautiful setting, beautiful rooms and buildings. The hotel has been open for 8 years, so there is a little bit of wear, but everything maintained very well. The rooms are big and very nice. The spa is lovely. And particular shout out to Monse who ran the yoga and fitness classes in the morning. Wonderful way to start the day, all orchestrated perfectly. The food at the two restaurants is excellent.

"I stayed with a friend for only one night, but I think this property is perfect to spend the whole weekend and relax. You will find here the most helpful and kindest staff. Cinthia and Paloma guided us to enjoy the Cenote at night, and the river and pools during the morning. The restaurant's staff was also super nice, and the food was really good. Try the tuna tartara ❤️ They have these “casona” style rooms for families or bigger groups and they look amazing from outside."

"Really good value for your money. My personal experience was pretty good. Those complaining about quality and amenities need to be reminded they are choosing savings over luxury. My room was spacious and comfortable enough, the only thing is I had poor WiFi, tho I must clarify I had to take zoom meeting calls in the room, all else was very good. The staff was friendly and all basics were covered, the AC worked fine which is important in Merida, lol. This place is at walking distance to Montejo,...
