"The room was spotless, with a big bed and all amenities. Cleaning when requested was also excellent. The balcony was lovely, overlooking coconut trees, with space to dry clothes after a day at the beach. The real highlight of Choengmon Residence was the staff. They were friendly, thoughtful, and made the best pad thai on Koh Samui at the restaurant downstairs. The mango shakes and Thai tea were also delicious!"

"Great hotel on Cheongnom Beach. Clean rooms with outdoor bathrooms and pools if on ground level. Staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. You can have dinner on the sand if you desire. Breakfast is served overlooking the beach. Beach is clean and water nice. Would highly recommend. "

Beach is small and the sea is rocky but that’s not a negative comment, just factual. Pool area is lovely - didn’t feel crowded and always loungers and umbrellas available. The hotel has a shuttle bus into Chaweng a few times a day, which was great as made going in very straightforward and convenient. The hotel is a little further out of the hustle and bustle...

"This place was the private Villa and quiet beach that we needed. If you want the hustle and busy bustle Koh Samui has to offer, this isn’t it. Great included breakfast each morning and the staff was very accommodating for anything we, our child, and my parents needed, including transportation. "

"Brilliant hotel. Rooms were authentic, but with all modern needs. We stayed in a normal room and it was huge. The breakfast was good quality but the buffet area seemed a bit claustrophobic. Having the hotel on the beach is a great perk. With beach bar having great food and the staff are very attentive. "

"The "honeymoon suite" was an entire villa. Perhaps I didn't look at the pictures close enough, but I was so surprised to have the whole home to myself. Tai and her team met me for a warm welcome and laid out beautiful flowers in the entry. The kitchen was large and seemed to have all the essentials. The home was very quiet, I slept deeply. I only booked one night as a fix before going to the airport the next day. As soon as I arrived, I wished I'd booked a longer trip! I would definitely visit...
