Several items did not appear fresh and seemed to have been left out for an extended period. I was unable to eat most of the food. When I raised the issue, the staff denied any problem and dismissed it as personal preference, which was not appropriate. Overall, the food quality and customer service were unacceptable, even though the rest of the stay was fine."

The staff were very friendly, and the overall cleanliness met my expectations. Unfortunately, there was one downside. There were local protests against the hotel construction, and protesters were playing chanting sounds over loudspeakers. This disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere of the resort."
