"Staff was very nice and the aesthetics were quite pleasing. In terms of functionality, our toilet didn’t flush half the time, the drains were clogged, and we didn’t have hot water for our entire stay, and had to use another room to shower. The phone didn’t work, and the mini fridge was very loud ..."
