Tenía una ventana, con una vista muy fea , a un techo de una casa al lado. No había ni una silla, 1 solo gancho y closet muy estrecho. Muy anticuado. Nada de shampoo y con jabón pequeño de barra muy mala calidad."

"The advantage was that the hotel is within walking distance of the main bus terminal and close to a tram stop. The shower also had amply supply of hot water. But the staff could use with better training in customer service. You should not have to wait several minutes when you arrive at 5:30 pm for someone to open up the door to check you in. "The hotel was well situated and easy to get to. Walking distance to many activities, shops churches and museums etc Room was nice and clean each time we returned from our outings. The only inconvenience was not being able to go out early for church service as the hotel was closed until 7.30am. A Comfortable stay in beautiful city that Cuenca turned out to be. "
