Khách sạn Chrást

"2 night stay here was as smooth as we could have hoped for. We checked in very late after hours - 02:00 - and staff kindly left our keys in a secure lock box for self check in, all helpfully sorted via a simple email beforehand. They also sorted us a parking space directly in front of the property (additional parking is available behind the hotel too). Rooms were fresh, well equipped and bathroom looked newly renovated. All very comfortable and high quality - better quality than the 3 hotels in...

"We love this place."

"Modern, newly refurbished, clean wonderful stay in Poděbrady."

"Perfect service, great food and a nice spa experience"

" Trevligt."

"Good price quality, nice rooms. Overall happy!"

"Room smelled like a old man who didn’t wear deodorant …. EVER! Door didn’t lock! Their solution was to move rooms that was a downgrade after we told them twice about it ! Actual nice hotel very clean and new …. Except for our room and the lack of concern for a door that doesn’t lock!!"

"Good"

"The receptionist was very kind. The room was clean and the breakfast was good."

"The hotel feels extremely dated, as if it has been stuck in 2006–2007. In this day and age, where even wireless charging is the norm, it is unbelievable and frustrating that there isn't even a power outlet next to the bed. The air conditioning in the room was not working, and everything in the room is worn out and very old. Basic complimentary amenities like toiletry or personal care kits are not provided at all. On top of that, it really wasn't that clean either—surfaces were quite dusty. The...

"Beautiful spa. There was no more free swimming pool for hotel guests as it was in the past."

"The suites in the main castle are a special experience. The only negative would be the several stairs to climb to get from the reception to the room in the chateau."
