"Mijn verblijf bij Bliss Terra Janna was een gemengde ervaring. Laat ik beginnen met de positieve punten: de locatie is prachtig en het hotel zelf ziet er visueel erg mooi uit. Het design en de uitstraling geven echt een luxe gevoel, en een aantal medewerkers waren oprecht vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Helaas waren er ook meerdere minpunten die mijn verblijf hebben beïnvloed. Tijdens mijn verblijf is mijn nieuwe koffer beschadigd geraakt, en dit is door het hotel niet naar tevredenheid opgelost....
