"We did not partake of the breakfast...we are not breakfast eaters. Not sure how rooms are cleaned. Spill marks on bed base, shower floor could use a brush and bleach. Looked like mold at top of shower on wallpaper. Grout by shower could use the same treatment. The part of our stay that was really disturbing was after midnight when trying to sleep for long drive home. Desk manager knocked on room next door. Instead of taking problem to lobby to discuss, they in their deep man voices proceeded to...

"If your arriving at night time be cautious, night staff was not at front desk and took more than an expected time to come open. I called the property and was unsuccessful in getting help and I even contacted Expedia. After 15 min. of waiting and wondering if we would be able to access our room, he finally opened the door. No explanation no apology and no conversation at all. Beds squeaked with every turn during sleep. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Didn’t make it to the room… Front office clerk was sketchy not helpful very odd. However, ignored that and thought it would be ok but were directed to go to the back end of the hotel to enter closer to our room and the card entrance was completely broke hanging off of the exterior wall. The pools and entertainment areas were broken. Not a good experience. The La Quinta 2 minutes away was a great experience and better atmosphere!"

"I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bedsheets had a stain on them, there were cobwebs on the pictures frames in the room, the bathroom had dirt and used tissues under the counter, the shower had hair on the walls and some kind of blue substance on the ceiling. The ice machine in the building that we were staying in was constantly out of ice. I’m not sure if the rooms are better in the main building but I was very disappointed with our stay. "
