"Very clean, quiet & pleasant staff. Shower was extremely weak water spray. Could use a lighted mirror in the bathroom. It was very dim in there. Would definitely stay again. Front desk was very nice and efficient. "

"Hotel and room was beautiful. Upscale without being snooty. Very clean. Check in staff were just okay. No water or anything offered. No ice on any floor and had to go down to bar for a glass of ice. Mini fridge is so packed w hotel beverages for purchase there is no room for your own. No iron/board in room. There is a hotel shuttle to downtown events. No one mentioned that but it passed as we were walking to our event. "

"Yes, our pet was welcome but the smells! The lobby smelled of marijuana, our room smelled like dead fish on the 2nd floor, and my mom's floor (1st) floor had a stench that literally made me gag. We are pretty tolerant because of the low price but I would never stay at that place again."
