We arrived at reception early and were warmly welcomed by the receptionist Brianna. She was friendly and efficient and a great front of house for the hotel. The hotel itself is quirky , modern and colourful but full of character. Our room although small had everything necessary. The bed was so comfortable. Very good value for money as well .

Our room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is located centrally and is an easy walk to many shops, cafes, and restaurants. We have stayed here every time we visit Christchurch and will again next time.

Lovely little hotel in the Christchurch tram station for city tours. Very convenient to New Regent Street and other major shopping streets and points of interest. The room was bright, very clean with a comfortable bed and a lovely little balcony. Bathroom was clean. We found the staff members very helpful and obliging.

It was a nice hotel, location was great. Staff lovely. Room was nice and clean, Not the fault of 5e hotel at all but unfortunately there were renovations next door which went on until 10.30 pm and the smell of chemicals was awful. Not the fault of the hotel but maybe check these are all finished before going.

Room was compact but fully outfitted with everything needed. We booked a room with a balcony which was a super plus looking over top of the tram stop. Everything was perfect there. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Really wished we had the time or we would have stayed longer.

My daughter and I stayed here for one night. An excellent hotel, centrally based for exploring Christchurch. We opted for room only and had a delicious light breakfast at the Tram Cafe. The staff were lovely, kind and helpful, friendly and very polite. The room was clean, airy & nicely decorated and warm too.
