"Bed we’re Comfortable and room had good heating. Room needs so work done to it. Especially bathroom no heater or fan. Had hole in wall by bath must of been flooded at some stage. Bath needed cleaning before kids could use. Hair and dead ants in there. Also tray for utensils has heaps of crumbs in. ..."

"Room and bathroom were grubby. Carpets dirty, my toddlers socks were brown after walking round in the rooms. Parking offsite which was we had to pay for. Not great and expensive"
