The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were pleasant and kept our room clean. The front desk staff were pleasant as well and helped with all questions. The parking is $25 to park at the actual hotel but there is a parking lot a block or two away and it’s about five dollars per night. The hotel was conveniently located and there’s a restaurant downstairs. There are plenty of shops and restaurants all around. I bought a lot of food on the way in not knowing the eating situation, but there is plenty of food so no need to over buy like I did. I highly recommend the hotel and can hardly find any issues. The door had a hard time closing due to the lock getting stuck, but other than that, it was a really good time.

We chose this hotel once again for its unbeatable location on the Boardwalk, giving us quick and easy access to restaurants and shops, plus the incomparable views from the room. The staff is extremely friendly, especially Hillarine Joseph, whose island spirit and incomparable energy fill everyone with the island vibes, making us feel right at home. The beds are super comfortable, the rooms and surrounding areas are always celan anbd ready, as is the pool. Despite the lack of water that weekend and several power outages during our stay, the fact that we returned to enjoy the charms of this hotel and the island was more than enough. The staff was always very attentive, and a very generous touch was that they provided us with complimentary bottled water during our stay. A detail we truly appreciated. If I return to the island, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again. It feels wonderful to be so warmly welcomed every time a guest arrives.

For its age this place is Fantastic. There are plenty of dining, water activities and shopping places right by the hotel. The staff were professional and attentive to your needs. I would stay here again, 100%. Had to drag my partner out of here when it was plain flight time. We loved it, be back soon.

Very kind and resourceful staff. However, once elevator service and repair weren't available, it changed the tone of our vacation . We had to plan when and what to carry, how to avoid steps as much as possible, etc. The Staff members were exceptional and sensitive to almost all our needs
