"Location is under new management/ownership so there were a few hiccups. Food was painfully slow. At 1 point we were the only 5 people in the restaurant and we waited 45 minutes to get our food. Breakfast was generally warmish."

"This is a place with an incredible view of the island (bay area and other hillsides). The hosts were really nice and it felt very personable. When I checked in one of the hosts was outside with the kids playing with the cat (forgot his name) and check-in was only ~5 min. I got a studio that was very clean, the AC kept the room very cool at night, and the internet was great. I highly recommend staying at this place."

"There was only one bar serving the whole resort. They were short on staff.. the food was ok, but they only had one restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. The room were clean, some of the staffs were real friendly and helpful, but I am not sure if they are going through a transition, it seems like they are short on staff, and most of their employees were handling multiple tasks and jobs.. "

"I had an amazing stay at Hotel Cay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The location is absolutely beautiful—perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. One of my favorite parts was using the water taxi—it added such a fun and unique touch to the trip. The bar was fully stocked with great options, and the food from Rolling Smoke was delicious with a nice variety to choose from. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
