"Our key card didn’t work and we waited for the employee to get back to his desk for about 5 minutes. We got up into the room and there was not a shower curtain. We tried to call down to the desk and the phone in the room was broken, so we used our own. No biggy. He said he’d be up with one in a couple minutes, after about 30 minutes we called again and then it was brought up within 10 minutes. We were also told that the pool /hot tub was not working."

"The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. "

"Booked online so wouldn’t refund. I slept in my car!! Bed bugs streaks on the box spring. Had not been vacuumed. People hanging out of windows when I went to park. Took forever for the person to come check me in. No hand soap in the bathroom but there small packs of shampoo that I had to use. I was afraid my small dogs were going to eat something bad off the floor. Garbage in the halls and place smelled of cig. Smoke. They do have a pool not being used but they use it for storage of a bike and...

"The property was very nice. We love the restaurant. Everything was beautiful there unfortunately we did have a problem with our toilet the next morning and it took him two hours to come up and fix it so we had to go to the lobby to go to the bathroom and that was the thing we did not like."
