"Silver Lake is a beautiful location and having cabins to rent on the lake side is pretty special. The cabins are old and rather quirky, but you can over look some inconveniences, like luke warm water, missing chairs for dining, no plugs in the sinks and even a mouse in your room. But when we checked in they charge me for the room even though I had paid for it . I had to find my credit card bill to show I had paid for the room. Once I showed them my credit card statement they refunded the money...

"We had a very nice stay. The room was nice, clean and comfortable.
Plenty of parking. We came up to visit friends who live in the area.
We visited Lake Tahoe, just a half hour away, one day. And did some
local shopping and toured Genoa the following day. Before we headed
home my wife stopped in the Casino and even paid for the trip.
Thank you Carson Valley Inn, we had a wonderful time!"
