"For Americans visiting, everyone speaks English, Staff goes over and beyond for you Beds do need to be updated along with plumbing but over all our stay was fantastic"

"The hotel is convenient to visit Katowice. We enjoy being able to walk in the park just behind the hotel. We also do like being able to use the sauna in the evenings especially after a long drive to the hotel. While everything was very clean, one of the chairs in our room was repaired by using duct tape to cover the problem in the upholstery. We had a suite with a sofa and two chairs so it didn't affect our stay. Nevertheless, the hotel can do better than that."
